Sport Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach

Josh joins us whilst also working as Head of Medical at Llanelli Town Academy. His experience includes Swansea City FC, Cardiff Blues and multiple other sports at all athletic levels.   Josh is a Sports Therapist who yearns to bridge the gap between the Sports Therapy led aspects of rehabilitation, as well as the Strength and Conditioning aspects that inevitably merge.  Currently his main areas of interest are concussion/post-concussion syndrome, as well as applying advanced testing methods into practice.

Qualifications: 

  • BSc. (1st Class Hons) Sports Therapy (UWTSD - Carmarthenshire)

  • MSc. (Distinction) Strength and Conditioning (Cardiff Metropolitan University)

  • FAW Level 4 Sports Trauma
