I'm new to running, can you help?
Absolutely. We specialize in helping beginners. We start you according to your needs and build up only when you're comfortable.
What if I get injured?
As physiotherapists, we are uniquely placed to manage this. We can adjust your training immediately to work around niggles before they become injuries. We can also do a full video consult at a discount when required.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, our subscriptions are flexible. You can pause for holidays or cancel with 30 days notice.
Do I need gym equipment?
Not necessarily. Our running plans need only shoes. Strength plans can be designed for bodyweight, home bands/dumbbells, or a full gym.
