Absolutely! We specialize in helping nervous beginners. We start very slowly (often with walking intervals) and build up only when you're comfortable. Many of our clients were terrified of running before starting with us, and now they love it.

What if I get injured?

As physiotherapists, we are uniquely placed to manage this. We can adjust your training immediately to work around niggles before they become injuries. We also offer discounted physio sessions to support your recovery.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, our subscriptions are completely flexible. You can pause for holidays or cancel with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.

Do I need gym equipment?

Not necessarily. Our running plans need only shoes. Strength plans can be designed for bodyweight exercises, home bands and dumbbells, or a full gym setup. We'll customize your plan based on what you have available.

How is this different from fitness apps?
